Efficiency

Our company represents more than just an economic opportunity. By approaching waste reuse, we contribute to a sustainable future not only for us, but also for future generations.

EFFICIENCY

Environmental programs

Our initiative is in line with the goals of the waste management program of the Slovak Republic and the Operational Programme Quality of the Environment. We focus on increasing the valorization of waste with an emphasis on their reuse and recycling.

Reduction of environmental burden

This way, we minimize new production and reduce the environmental impacts of textile waste landfilling. It is an important step towards more sustainable waste management and environmental protection.

LOAD

Commitment to sustainability

We are closing the life cycle of the circular economy. We take full responsibility for ecological and legislative compliance in processing textile waste.

COMMITMENT

Our activity

Take a look into the process of processing textile waste

The process of processing textile waste begins with manual sorting of the material, followed by packaging it in protective foils to preserve their quality for further use. Textile waste that is not suitable for reuse is processed according to the customer's requirements, the rest is shredded into solid alternative fuel, which is mainly used in cement kilns.

Preparation of entry materials

The collected textile waste is first manually sorted into quality classes for usable and waste.

Processing output materials

Sorted textiles for reuse are exported abroad, where they are used, for example, in second-hand stores. Conversely, solid alternative fuel is used in various industrial processes.

Trends are disturbing

According to some studies, the occurrence of textile waste in the Slovak Republic is estimated at 65,000 tons/year. Most of this waste ends up in landfills or is incinerated, with no possibility of recycling or reuse.
